Audio Video Environments greatly appreciates the support of our clients. We’ve taken the time to select some of the most reliable high performance products in the world for you, and your equipment is made to bring you many years of pleasure. We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help.

Should you need service on a weekday, please call our main number, 615-771-0686 and ask for our service coordinator.  

Our service coordinator will schedule a time for a service technician to take care of your service issue. If you have a weekend emergency*, please call our on call tech at 615-207-1672. Our on-call technician is available from Friday at 8 pm until Monday at 8 am, for on-site service Please leave a voicemail message with your name and number, and your call will be returned.  

Audio Video Environments warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of 90 days from the date of final installation**. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Equipment is covered by manufacturers warranties (generally parts and labor) with a fee paid to Audio Video Environments to come out and troubleshoot the problem, and facilitate repair or replacement.

* A system emergency is when an Audio Video Environments installed system is inoperable or fails to provide audio or video. Out of warranty weekend service visits are subject to premium service call rates.  

** The final installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
